Solomon McKenzie, President – 3L
Solomon was born in the UK and grew up in Belgium, the USA and Canada. Solomon completed his undergraduate and masters at McGill in Poli Sci and Social Work. In his 1L summer he worked at DLS in Crim and his 2L summer at McCarthy Tétrault.
Solomon has volunteered through PBSC, DLS and the Community Engagement Group. He was formerly the co-President of Out in Law and the Black Law Student’s Association. He competed in the Isaac Moot.
Solomon is committed to a representative student government which showcases the diversity of experiences and worldviews of UTL students.
Morgan Watkins, VP Student Affairs and Governance – 2L
Brittany Cohen, VP Social – 2L
Brittany grew up in Thornhill before heading to the University of Guelph to complete a double-major in Criminal Justice & Public Policy and Psychology. Now at U of T, she is pursuing a combined JD/MA in Criminology. In her 1L summer she is working with the Asper Centre on a police oversight project.
In her role as VPSocial, her goal is to provide a voice for the students and create SLS events that are both inclusive and exciting for everyone. She aspires to help foster a supportive and caring community at UTLaw.
